Our service centre has always been good, but just recently it got even better!
The recent accreditation of the National Caravan Council “Approved Workshop” for our Service Centre now enables us to extend our warranty service range from Coachman and the Swift Group and undertake service and repair work for all Manufacturers of Touring Caravans.
We are also an approved service centre for Truma, Thetford, Dometic (formerly Electrolux), AL-KO, Powrtouch, Phantom and Alde and carry large stocks of parts to enable us to carry out prompt repairs.
Our fully equipped workshop is staffed by factory trained and experienced personel who are all caravanners themselves! The high standards that our workshop staff set themselves has gained Drayton Caravans a reputation for quality workmanship and many of our customers travel hundreds of miles to see us for their annual service.
Single and Twin Axle Servicing, Motorhomes (habitation only), general repair work, tyre protection, Paint/re-spray, Fabric repair and all other works carried out by us are guaranteed for 12 months.

Insurance
Drayton Caravans are also approved repairers for all the major Insurance companies including Safeguard, Caravan Club, Camping and Caravanning club, Aviva etc.
Should the worst happen and you need our help, we will be pleased to carry out a free inspection of your caravan at our premises and provide you with a free written estimate for repairs, and while your caravan is in with us for repair we can even arrange a “Courtesy Caravan” as part of the “Drayton Cares” service centre package.
